Single Girder Overhead Cranes

Double Girder EOT Crane

Our Double Girder Cranes are frequently used for where extremely high hook lift is required because the hook can be pulled up between the girders. Double Girder Bridge Cranes are also ideal where high speeds and heavy service are required. They are also highly suitable where the crane needs to be fitted with walkways, crane lights, cabs, magnet cable reels or other special equipment.

Design, Features & Specifications:
The double girder cranes are used when heavy loads and wide spans are required. Double girder cranes consist of two torsion-free box girders. This makes double girder cranes especially suitable for lifting and transporting loads over 10 T and for span of more than 25 m . Double girder overhead cranes are available with load capacities up to 100 T and with spans up to 50 M. Heavy duty end carriage joints ensure positive contact of all four wheels with the track. The profiles of the main girder are optimally produced using computers so that maximum performance with a minimum of deadweight can be achieved.

Standard Features:
Design: ‘CRANOIST’ Electric Overhead Traveling Cranes are designed & manufactured accordance with IS-807 , IS-3177 or IS 4137 considering factor of safety in respect to appropriate class of duty.

Motors: The motors are used specially crane duty suitable for frequent starting , reversing & braking in accordance with IS-325. Motors are totally enclosed in dust proof construction foot / flange mounted TESC / TEFC , Sq. cage motors with integrated safety brakes, insulation class F, IP54 protection for hoisting, CT & LT motions.

Brakes: -Single/dual-disc/ shoe electromagnetic/ EHT brakes with features like automatic braking on power failure ( FAIL SAFE ).

Gear Box : The entire gear boxes are made of accurate hob cut helical / spur gears & pinions having hardness 250 to 350 BHN made from carbon alloy steel. All gears & pinions running on antifriction type ball / roller bearings in totally enclosed oil bath giving constant splash lubrication. The helical / Spur gear designed for adequate strength and optimum wear resistance for smooth operation & long life.

Electrical Panel : -Modular design, ease to install and maintain, reliable operation, fuse less circuitry, ducted wiring and compact terminals. Motor overload protection to prevent overloading.

Limit Switch: Safety limit switches for stoppers will be provided to prevent over traveling in all motions.

Painting: -Two coats of primer before assembly & two coats of synthetic enamel after testing.

CRANOIST - Hoist | Electric Hoists | Electric Chain Hoist | Hoist Machine

CRANOIST wire rope hoist are designed in modular construction, which greatly simplifies repairs & cuts downtime. The special features are low headroom spur / helical gears running on antifriction ball bearings with oil bath lubrication, motors conforming to IS 325, “fail to safe” brakes which automatically operate in case of any power failure, tested wire rope conforming to IS 2266, longed hooks confirming to IS 3815 and push button stations operating at step down voltage of 110v, 24v.

CRANOIST Hoists are designed in accordance with IS 3938 1979.

CRANOIST Hoist are compact, rugged and elegant in appearance to accommodate specific requirements. CRANOIST Hoist can also be built with micro speed, flexible trolleys to negotiate small radius, high speed and high lifts. Hoists suitable for steel mail duty, foundries & chemical plants.

Motor
Motors are totally in dust proof construction face / foot mounted TESE / TEFC squirrel cage Induction motor. B3 construction, 415 V + / - 10% 50 Hz + / - 5%, F class – Insulation, Ambient 50 cent, S4 duty 40% CDF, 150 starts / stop per hour, crane duty motor, Protection Class – IP 55, confirming to IS 325 make – Kirloskar, BBL, Crompton & Siemens.

Brakes
Electro magnetic AC disk type / shoe type, electro hydraulic thruster type brakes are designed and built to arrest and hold safety the full load capacity of the hoists, are provided in all motions. These are automatically released when the motor circuit off. This feature works as a positive safety device as the brakes automatically comes in to operation when the power supply fail.

Gear Box
Gear Box are used in hoist are totally enclosed dust proof construction. The gears and pinions are running in oil bath and hence to external lubrication are required. Pinions are of En. 24 & Gears are of En. 9 forged / rolled steel. Use of totally enclosed gear boxes are desirable in view of the increase transmission efficiency and longer life.
Limit Switches	Button Block
Limit switched are provided to prevent the over lowering and over hoisting.	The hooks is single shank ‘C’ type of forged steel tested as per IS 3815 once to rate table and swivel supported on thrust bearing.
Control Panel	Rope Drum
The protective control panel consists of contractors, mcb, relay, transformers etc. The hoist is operated by pendent push button station suspended from the hoist with a wire rope. Hoist are suitable for three phases 415v + - 10%, 50 Hz, AC supply.	The rope drum is fabricated from seamless pipe / plate having eighter single or double grooved configurations. The rope guide provided for safety of wire rope to prevent our lapping of the rope on the drum.
Optional Features
Variable speed control / micro speed arrangement through frequency inverts / variable frequency drives. Radio remote control. Suitable for curvature.
